Steph grew up in San Jose and is a true Bay Area native. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and has a background in sales and healthcare. Her deep local knowledge combined with a client-first mindset allows her to guide buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.

Gerard originally moved to the Bay Area from Ireland after living and working in China and Australia. His background includes leadership roles in recruitment, education, sales, and entrepreneurship, bringing strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to every real estate transaction.

Together, Steph and Gerard provide a highly personalized and hands-on approach to real estate. They work closely with first-time buyers, growing families, and sellers, helping clients understand the market, evaluate opportunities, and make confident financial decisions.
